Often, yes. Tell us the product and the problem, and send photos if you can. We’ll let you know whether it’s something we can service.
Is it worth repairing or should I replace?
It depends on the product, its age, and the problem. We’ll give you an honest answer, and if a repair makes sense we’d rather fix it than sell you something new.
Can my existing shades be motorized?
Sometimes. Some shades accept a retrofit motor, and many are not built for one. We’ll look at what you have and tell you honestly.
