4. Clean install
Film is applied to the inside of the glass, trimmed clean at the edges, and squeegeed smooth.

How much does window tinting cost?
Window film is priced by the square foot. Nationally, professionally installed residential window film typically runs about $5 to $20 per square foot, with ceramic, security, and decorative films at the higher end. Your exact price comes from a free on-site visit and a written quote.
Does window film block UV rays?
Yes. Most architectural window films block the large majority of UV rays, which helps protect floors, furniture, artwork, and skin from sun damage and fading.
Does window film really reduce heat?
Yes. Solar control films reduce the heat and glare coming through the glass, which makes sunny rooms more comfortable and easier to cool.
Will window tint make my rooms darker?
It depends on the film. Reflective and privacy films darken the glass more, while ceramic and frosted films keep rooms bright. We show you samples on your own windows so you can see the difference before you choose.
Does reflective privacy film work at night?
Reflective films give privacy during the day, when it’s brighter outside. At night, with lights on inside, the effect reverses and people can see in. For night privacy, pair film with shades or choose a frosted or blackout film.
Is window film safe for my glass?
Not every film suits every type of glass. The wrong film can trap heat and stress the glass, so we check your glass type before recommending a film.
Can window film be removed later?
Yes. Window film can be removed if needed, though it takes some time and effort depending on how long it’s been installed.
